After the month ends, your saved card is charged for the washes you used, never more than your account limit.
Your card is typed into Square’s secure, PCI-compliant card box and saved with Square. Pickard Street Citgo never sees or stores your full card number. Saving your card doesn’t charge it: you’re billed after each month only for the washes you used.

How does billing work?
Your account is billed after each month, not in advance. Once the month ends, we total up the washes you used and charge the card you saved with Square. No subscription and no prepaying. If you don’t wash, you don’t pay. [confirm billing date, e.g. charged on the 1st–5th of the following month; receipt emailed by Square]
What is my account limit?
Every account has a monthly wash limit so there are never surprise charges. We set it from the estimated washes per month you give us. [confirm: how the limit is set, e.g. a max number of washes or a max $ amount per month]
What if I hit my limit?
Once you reach your limit for the month, your PIN [confirm: stops working until the next month / can still be used if you call us]. You can always buy a regular wash at the pay station. To raise your limit, just contact us.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Contact us and we’ll close your account and PIN. Any washes used in your final month are billed after that month ends. [confirm policy]
Is my card safe?
Yes. Your card goes into Square’s secure card box, which sends it straight to Square. Square stores it, and we never see or store your full card number. Saving your card doesn’t charge it; you’re only billed after each month for the washes you used.
How does the 20¢/gallon fuel discount work?
Buy a wash and get 20 cents off per gallon on fuel at Pickard Street Citgo. [confirm details: same visit only? gallon limit? which grades? how it’s applied at the pump/register]
When is the new wash open?
The wash is closed for the LaserWash 360 Plus upgrade Monday 10/26 through Friday 10/30. Fuel and the store stay open as usual the whole time.
